With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olle Biörkquist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 16th minute Lukáš Katačić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Óli Manfredi's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 19thth minute, Luis Nardo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 22nd minute Lukáš Katačić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Tuve fc getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Andréas Ahlerot hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Florida Gulf Coast's zone, Christoffer Dahlberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luis Nardo came out of the goal and Christoffer Dahlberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lukáš Katačić's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Olle Biörkquist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lukáš Katačić in the 40th minute of play forced Tuve fc's goalkeeper Olle Biörkquist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Florida Gulf Coast's Sixto Bitxintxo got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Florida Gulf Coast's Lukáš Katačić in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Florida Gulf Coast booed when Tuve fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Dahlberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Florida Gulf Coast's Lukáš Katačić got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Óli Manfredi in the 54th minute of play forced Florida Gulf Coast's goalkeeper Luis Nardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 54thth minute of the game Óli Manfredi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Florida Gulf Coast's Luis Nardo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Lukáš Katačić managed to get in a good position for a shot. Florida Gulf Coast's supporters rose to their feet, but Lukáš Katačić was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olle Biörkquist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lukáš Katačić blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olle Biörkquist having to make a save. Luis Nardo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Óli Manfredi, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. When Óli Manfredi, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 67 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Luis Nardo was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Lukáš Katačić received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Olle Biörkquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 76 played minutes Florida Gulf Coast got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Lekubegi. After 77 played minutes Tuve fc got a freekick which was hit by Andréas Ahlerot. In the 79th minute, Lukáš Katačić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Andréas Ahlerot fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tuve fc's protests and gave Andréas Ahlerot a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tuve fc getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Andréas Ahlerot hit a great ball. Olle Biörkquist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lukáš Katačić in the 82nd minute of the match. In the 86th minute Lukáš Katačić shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Biörkquist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match had gone on for 88 minutes, Lukáš Katačić took a quick shot and it went in 0-1 without a chance for Olle Biörkquist to make any attempt to save it. 96 minutes into the match, Florida Gulf Coast's Sixto Bitxintxo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olle Biörkquist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Florida Gulf Coast supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Florida Gulf Coast would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
