The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Aparicio Ladra hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Mickael Wuyts tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Yasin Saleh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mickael Wuyts was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aparicio Ladra in the 22nd minute of play forced Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Mickael Wuyts to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 30 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's Yasin Saleh sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mickael Wuyts narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
