Szymon Klose ran back to his position shaking his head. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szymon Klose in the 10th minute of play. In the 13th match minute, BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Daniil Kondratiev to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Leonardo Penha managed to get in a good position for a shot. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Penha was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Artur Boruc breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 22ndth minute of the game Bruno Lenzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Artur Boruc was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Angelo Bertoni was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mieszko Pietrasz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 27 minute of play. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Federico Vani in the 32nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniil Kondratiev in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Angelo Bertoni prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Roberto-Carlos Baadegaard's late challenge caught a BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto-Carlos Baadegaard helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Federico Vani hit a great ball. BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój's Handoko Basuki got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ from getting a goal against them. Artur Boruc showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonardo Penha, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The supporters of BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój booed when ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 50 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clarence Makélélé didn't get a good kick on the ball. Artur Boruc made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Penha in the 56th minute of play. 64 minutes into the game, Szymon Klose cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Angelo Bertoni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Artur Boruc took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Jerano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 71 minutes into the game, Clarence Makélélé was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BVB Borussia Solec Zdrój the free kick. Angelo Bertoni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 92 minutes into the match, Daniil Kondratiev notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of ꉓꍏꋪꉣꂦꀸꋪꂦꂵꂦ's Angelo Bertoni. Angelo Bertoni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
