The tension between the Panopticon 04 and the Hyblae FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Mark Vallin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 14th minute Gilbert Brandt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. George Gustafsson scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Corrado Contestabile, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling George Gustafsson in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Corrado Contestabile prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 22 minutes into the match, Ferruccio Festuccia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fabien Lafont. Panopticon 04's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferruccio Festuccia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Tiberiu Tatomir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilbert Brandt in the 28th minute of play. Fabien Lafont made an important save on a dangerous shot by Amedeo Giancola in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, Panopticon 04's Niklas Söderlund got a free kick in the 36th minute. Corrado Contestabile made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gilbert Brandt in the 38th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Panopticon 04's George Gustafsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Corrado Contestabile made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 43 minutes into the match, George Gustafsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Corrado Contestabile. Hyblae FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that George Gustafsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. When Federico Marsilio fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hyblae FC's protests and gave Federico Marsilio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hyblae FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Federico Marsilio hit a great ball. Panopticon 04's George Gustafsson got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The wind increased when Ferruccio Festuccia made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile got control of the ball when Gilbert Brandt tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59th minute Mark Vallin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Corrado Contestabile showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from George Gustafsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. In the 84thth minute of the game George Gustafsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hyblae FC's Corrado Contestabile was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 86th minute Tiberiu Tatomir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Corrado Contestabile saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Panopticon 04's goal looked a bit too open when Eigirdas Burnickas came free, but Fabien Lafont reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. George Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Corrado Contestabile having to interfere. In the 95th minute, Amedeo Giancola got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Panopticon 04's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
