Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Mustafa Haydar Salik started the match with the kick off. Xose Valtierra stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Haydar Salik's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After 5 played minutes Bucaneiros got a freekick which was hit by Xavier Angel Al Homaithe. Xose Valtierra took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luizão Toledo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luiz Guilherme Paraense in the 13th minute of play forced Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's goalkeeper Xose Valtierra to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bartosz Skikiewicz made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Zamora Ziarza sent off a good shot on target. Bartosz Skikiewicz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Zamora Ziarza showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. The Bucaneiros fans' excitement grew in the 18th match minute when Bucaneiros's Mustafa Haydar Salik looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 23 minutes into the match, Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's Gilson Damião sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Bartosz Skikiewicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 26th match minute, Bucaneiros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Cerezo to maneuver through the defense. Gilson Damião took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bartosz Skikiewicz. Bartosz Skikiewicz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. If Gilson Damião had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bucaneiros's Bartosz Skikiewicz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson Damião in the 42nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Mustafa Haydar Salik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xose Valtierra was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilson Damião to make the kick off. Gilson Damião sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilson Damião in the 53rd minute of play forced Bucaneiros's goalkeeper Bartosz Skikiewicz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Bucaneiros's Mustafa Haydar Salik in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Xose Valtierra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustafa Haydar Salik, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61st minute Gilson Damião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bartosz Skikiewicz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 63 minutes, Gilson Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caldo de Gallina Ranchero's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gilson Damião was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cristian Félix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xose Valtierra having to interfere. In the 74th minute of the match, Mustafa Haydar Salik tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Xose Valtierra saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gilson Damião recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zamora Ziarza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Bartosz Skikiewicz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the match, Bucaneiros's goal looked a bit too open when Xinaro Montemiuño came free, but Bartosz Skikiewicz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th minute Caldo de Gallina Ranchero were awarded a corner. Dacian Papadima went to the cornerflag to take it. The Caldo de Gallina Ranchero support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
