Jorge Figueiredo came free with the goalkeeper in the 4th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Samuel Evarado could save by the left post. 8 minutes into the match, Hermosillo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Candelario Saavedra came free, but Samuel Evarado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Samuel Evarado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmet Koralp Özsu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dündar Ülkenur's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Samuel Evarado firmly grabbed it by the left post. 17 minutes into the match, Dündar Ülkenur dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuel Evarado, 2-0. Vacib Bartu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernabe Ladio in the 20th minute of play. In the 21st minute Hermosillo FC were awarded a corner. Jonas Frutos went to the cornerflag to take it. Jonas Frutos made a great header on Hermosillo FC's corner, it was just that Los Tatangelos's Vacib Bartu managed to reach the ball for a save. Ahmet Koralp Özsu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Evarado having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmet Koralp Özsu in the 24th minute of play forced Hermosillo FC's goalkeeper Samuel Evarado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Candelario Saavedra kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Vacib Bartu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauricio Ekaitz's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. In the 28th minute of the match, Adérito Aleixo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Samuel Evarado was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 30th match minute, Hermosillo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gonzalo Corderro to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Jorge Figueiredo made a precise shot to the right of Samuel Evarado. Hermosillo FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Samuel Evarado came out of the goal in the 36th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Tatangelos's Jorge Figueiredo. But to his dismay, Jorge Figueiredo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 42nd minute Candelario Saavedra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Evarado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mauricio Ekaitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Vacib Bartu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-0.

With an extended leg and a bit of luck Samuel Evarado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Dündar Ülkenur's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Samuel Evarado was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Samuel Evarado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adérito Aleixo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hermosillo FC's Samuel Evarado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adérito Aleixo in the 64th minute of play. In the 69thth minute of the game Mauricio Ekaitz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Los Tatangelos's Vacib Bartu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dündar Ülkenur took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Samuel Evarado. Samuel Evarado dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Los Tatangelos's Lucjan Zdanowicz was substituted for Ahmet Koralp Özsu. 74 minutes into the match, Jorge Figueiredo notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of Hermosillo FC's Samuel Evarado. Samuel Evarado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
