Samuel Buinton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Darin Bozduganov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute, Kurt Ahlerot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arthur Morgan´s Club's Samuel Buinton played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darin Bozduganov in the 24th minute of play. Samuel Buinton showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Darin Bozduganov, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Clodoveo Feliz scored 1-0 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andreas Svensson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 33 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Edberg. Darin Bozduganov scored 1-1 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuel Buinton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC NILS's Americo Portas managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Sergio Mergildo in the 46 minute of the game. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

After a defensive mix-up in FC NILS's zone, Jonathan Calleri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Andreas Svensson came out of the goal and Jonathan Calleri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Portas to maneuver through the defense. If Clodoveo Feliz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 67 played minutes FC NILS got a freekick which was hit by Stefan Edberg. In the 68th match minute, FC NILS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Edberg to maneuver through the defense. 70 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goal looked a bit too open when Ivo Projkov came free, but Andreas Svensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of FC NILS booed when Arthur Morgan´s Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Angelino Mendieta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Darin Bozduganov's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Samuel Buinton read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
