Gaviotas FC's Claudio Mannucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Renaud Specht in the 4th minute of play. Claudio Mannucci came out of the goal and Renaud Specht tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neycho Bidzhev in the 10th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Claudio Mannucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, FC BerserkerS's Renaud Specht sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claudio Mannucci narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Renaud Specht blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Claudio Mannucci having to make a save. Renaud Specht might have been able to make a better finish in the 31st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Claudio Mannucci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Renaud Specht ran back to his position shaking his head. After 40 played minutes FC BerserkerS got a freekick which was hit by Lozan Tzirkov. In the 43rd minute of the match Marian Minkovski shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Claudio Mannucci showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Renaud Specht in the 46th minute of play forced Gaviotas FC's goalkeeper Claudio Mannucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ariel Lihach stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Svetlozar Deyanov managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC BerserkerS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Svetlozar Deyanov was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 64th match minute, Gaviotas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isaias Cordario to maneuver through the defense.
