In the 10thth minute of the game Guillaume Barillot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Vershina ESPN's Charles-Antoine Carnevalli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Aristides Domenec came up free with the goalie in the 12th minute, the FC Vershina ESPN fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aristides Domenec couldn't finish the play. Aristides Domenec struck a weak shot in the 14th minute. Noël Clenet didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Vershina ESPN. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cyprian Gierlach in the 88th minute of play forced Saint Côme de Fresné's goalkeeper Noël Clenet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 88 minutes into the match, Cyprian Gierlach had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noël Clenet. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cyprian Gierlach was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 15-0. After a rather tough play, Saint Côme de Fresné's Thibaut Abeille got a free kick in the 91st minute. Saint Côme de Fresné's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Danko Fuchs ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Saint Côme de Fresné's goalie and right to Abelardo Fagondo. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Saint Côme de Fresné's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. FC Vershina ESPN fully deserved thier win.
