When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Gu Yi Yuan put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Gregory Sens. Gregory Sens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Li Wei Le in the 18th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute Gu Yi Yuan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregory Sens saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of MegaFenerbahce booed when Lethal Claws FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Pappo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A nice corner shot did that Kristian Markham got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Gregory Sens quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Bogdan Onofrei could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Atay Türegün made a huge save. Lethal Claws FC were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after MegaFenerbahce's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sedat Yergin took the corner. Sedat Yergin made a great header on Lethal Claws FC's corner, it was just that MegaFenerbahce's Atay Türegün managed to reach the ball for a save. When Lethal Claws FC's Ciro Lauri in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MegaFenerbahce's goalie prevented a goal. Gregory Sens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bengt-Åke Fransson in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Li Wei Le in the 39th minute of play forced Lethal Claws FC's goalkeeper Gregory Sens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Norberto Pappo fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lethal Claws FC's protests and gave Norberto Pappo a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MegaFenerbahce booed when Lethal Claws FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Pappo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lethal Claws FC's Gregory Sens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gu Yi Yuan in the 44th minute of play. Serhat Sarıdoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Lethal Claws FC defense, Marco Servando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gregory Sens. The Lethal Claws FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gregory Sens should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gu Yi Yuan was the one to do the kick off. Atay Türegün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macit Şevket, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 54 minutes, Gu Yi Yuan made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Lethal Claws FC's Gregory Sens tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Lethal Claws FC's Ciro Lauri got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Li Wei Le got free with Gregory Sens in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Kemalettin Akgündüz kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Gregory Sens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gu Yi Yuan in the 63rd minute. After 66 minutes MegaFenerbahce's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sedat Yergin who took care of the corner kick. Gregory Sens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marco Servando in the 67th minute. Gregory Sens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Li Wei Le in the 68th minute of the match. Gregory Sens made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gu Yi Yuan in the 80th minute. Bogdan Onofrei might have been able to make a better finish in the 81st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Atay Türegün. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bogdan Onofrei ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marco Servando in the 83rd minute of play forced Lethal Claws FC's goalkeeper Gregory Sens to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Macit Şevket in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Atay Türegün saved MegaFenerbahce from getting behind. If Marco Servando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Atay Türegün showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serhat Sarıdoğan, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Gu Yi Yuan came free with the goalkeeper in the 96th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gregory Sens could save by the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. MegaFenerbahce had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
