The Gasoleros FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Mikelar should have stopped the shot. After having played for 8 minutes, Nel Tagle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Juoksengi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nel Tagle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match clock showed 16 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Matthias Ekegren sped through Gasoleros FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Gilberto Mikelar. Gasoleros FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matthias Ekegren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. 27 minutes into the game, Juoksengi's Matthias Ekegren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gilberto Mikelar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. Matthias Ekegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Mikelar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Ekegren in the 32nd minute of the match. Gilberto Mikelar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Ekegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Matthias Ekegren put it in 0-6 from a short distance just to the right of Gilberto Mikelar. Matthias Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Gilberto Mikelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th minute, Matthias Ekegren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gilberto Mikelar was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-7 lead.

After a rather tough play, Gasoleros FC's Lucas Burutzagi got a free kick in the 64th minute. If Hálfdan Hálfdánsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilberto Mikelar stood somewhat misplaced when Matthias Ekegren came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 75 minute. In the 80th match minute, Juoksengi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nel Tagle to maneuver through the defense. If Matthias Ekegren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juoksengi's Matthias Ekegren was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 86th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Matthias Ekegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Gilberto Mikelar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juoksengi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
