Joel Ekman came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Wincent Rode. But to his dismay, Wincent Rode quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Walery Rode kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Samba Fotboll U21 defense, Wincent Rode kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Ekman. The Samba Fotboll U21 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Ekman should have stopped the shot. Joel Ekman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilbert Dziurowicz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 28th minute Artur Bronder shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Joel Ekman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kenneth Eklund in the 30th minute of the match. Joel Ekman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artur Bronder, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. The Samba Fotboll U21 players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. CRS Pogoń Barlinek were winning 0-3.

Viktor Sillén hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roman Adamczak got free with Joel Ekman in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Joel Ekman made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Bronder in the 60th minute. Samba Fotboll U21's Joel Ekman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Samba Fotboll U21 from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Samba Fotboll U21's Joel Ekman got control of the ball when Artur Bronder tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Wincent Rode kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Joel Ekman. That made the score 0-6 in the 74 minute of play. It seemed to be an obvious goal in the 80th minute, but Joel Ekman got his fingers on the ball or the save, leaving Samba Fotboll U21 hanging dry this time. Joel Ekman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenneth Eklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. CRS Pogoń Barlinek's Artur Bronder got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Wincent Rode received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Joel Ekman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenneth Eklund in the 88th minute of play forced Samba Fotboll U21's goalkeeper Joel Ekman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Ekman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilbert Dziurowicz in the 89th minute of the match. Wincent Rode succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-7. If Artur Bronder had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match was over CRS Pogoń Barlinek could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Samba Fotboll U21 throughout the match.
