In the 3rd minute, Ludwig Kloots ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Connor Osmond was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Carel Van de Schrieck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Steven Puttemans in the 7th minute of the match. I-Made 吕正岚 received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Connor Osmond tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Connor Osmond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Kloots, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Luka Van Aken during the 12th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 15 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goalkeeper Connor Osmond had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by I-Made 吕正岚. Herbert Sempels's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Connor Osmond firmly grabbed it by the left post. 22 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Kloots came free, but Connor Osmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Ludwig Kloots lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Connor Osmond. The SK Mons fans' excitement grew in the 29th match minute when SK Mons's Steven Puttemans looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Connor Osmond made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jendry Sambuaga in the 34th minute. Connor Osmond was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ludwig Kloots showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 35 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 41 minutes, Connor Osmond successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 43rd minute, Bogumil Czapski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carel Van de Schrieck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Steven Puttemans in the 44th minute of play. Bogumil Czapski took the ball and in the 47 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Carel Van de Schrieck. Carel Van de Schrieck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-2 at half-time.

The wind increased when Steven Puttemans made the kick off in the second half. After 52 played minutes SK Mons got a freekick which was hit by Şeref Erez. 54 minutes into the match, SK Mons's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Kloots came free, but Connor Osmond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Carel Van de Schrieck managed to avoid a goal in the 55thth minute, when SK Mons's Steven Puttemans fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The crowd rose to their feet as SK Mons's Steven Puttemans slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Carel Van de Schrieck. That made the score 3-3 after 57 minutes of play. Carel Van de Schrieck stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Steven Puttemans's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 67th match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luka Van Aken to maneuver through the defense. SK Mons's Cornel Ulici was substituted for Bogumil Czapski. In the 72nd match minute, SK Mons was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Trevor Eubank to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 77 minutes, Cornel Ulici managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SK Mons's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornel Ulici was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Connor Osmond came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Café DE PLOEG's Ludwig Kloots. But to his dismay, Ludwig Kloots quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. After a rather tough play, Café DE PLOEG's Bóas Goethals got a free kick in the 82nd minute. After a rather tough play, Café DE PLOEG's Jendry Sambuaga got a free kick in the 85th minute. In the 92ndth minute of the game Ludwig Kloots who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SK Mons's Connor Osmond was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Café DE PLOEG fully deserved thier win.
