Jânio Sanches kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jânio Sanches in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jarl Andreasson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Castanheiro SC's Jânio Sanches in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AIF's goalie prevented a goal. Jânio Sanches fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Andreasson having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Jânio Sanches's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jarl Andreasson was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. Castanheiro SC's Tales Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Jakobsson in the 47th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Jarl Andreasson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Robben Spoelberchs scored 6-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jarl Andreasson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. AIF's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
