Maurinho Valadares started the match with the kick off. The supporters of STORM booed when MUSHIBA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juan de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. 5 minutes into the game, Dida Mesquita was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MUSHIBA FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave STORM the free kick. Dida Mesquita kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stepan Holodovskiy came free, but João Augusto Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 7 played minutes MUSHIBA FC got a freekick which was hit by Norberto Miranda. In the 8th minute, Gilmar Meira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 9th minute Stepan Holodovskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. STORM's Stepan Holodovskiy got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. MUSHIBA FC's Gilmar Meira quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Andrey Sokolenko, made in the 20th minute of the game. 23 minutes into the match, STORM's goal looked a bit too open when Maurinho Valadares came free, but Antonio Sengrat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maurinho Valadares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Sengrat having to make a save. STORM's Antonio Sengrat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurinho Valadares in the 25th minute of play. João Augusto Quintal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Lavrentev, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. In the 34th minute Denis Lavrentev shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the game, STORM's Stepan Holodovskiy nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. João Augusto Quintal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Maurinho Valadares did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-1 to the left of a surprised Antonio Sengrat 45 minutes into the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

STORM's Andrey Buznikin was substituted for Anton Varlamov. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stepan Holodovskiy made a kick off. Antonio Sengrat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudinho Tande in the 53rd minute of play. A collision led to STORM getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Denis Lavrentev hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Rostislav Averchenko took a quick shot and it went in 2-2 without a chance for João Augusto Quintal to make any attempt to save it. MUSHIBA FC's attentive Toninho Matos managed to snatch the ball when Mathis Plum made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. Antonio Sengrat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudinho Tande, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 65th match minute, MUSHIBA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan de Almeida to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Sengrat came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by MUSHIBA FC's Maurinho Valadares. But to his dismay, Maurinho Valadares quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. 74 minutes into the match, MUSHIBA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Bolshakov came free, but João Augusto Quintal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Augusto Quintal came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by STORM's Grigoriy Agapov. But to his dismay, Grigoriy Agapov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Juan de Almeida hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Antonio Sengrat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maurinho Valadares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Antonio Sengrat showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Valadares, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. 85 minutes in the game Mathis Plum did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Roman Bolshakov. 87 minutes into the match, Maurinho Valadares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Sengrat. STORM's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Maurinho Valadares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-3. In the 90th minute Stepan Holodovskiy shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Augusto Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Stepan Holodovskiy managed to get in a good position for a shot. STORM's supporters rose to their feet, but Stepan Holodovskiy was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. João Augusto Quintal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. João Augusto Quintal made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Denis Lavrentev sent off a good shot on target. MUSHIBA FC's João Augusto Quintal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save MUSHIBA FC from getting a goal against them. STORM's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because MUSHIBA FC had won, even though STORM had held more of the ball.
