Spectators: 7446 (Terracing: 5586, Seating: 1712, VIP seats: 148) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. José Maria Mattos started the match with the kick off. When BAIRES's Genaro Cambiasso in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Manissivo's goalie prevented a goal. Anibal Cambiasso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Maria Mattos in the 6th minute of play. Cafu Martins came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by BAIRES's Andres Cambiasso. But to his dismay, Andres Cambiasso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joaquin Cambiasso got free with Cafu Martins in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 23rdth minute of the game Joaquin Cambiasso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Manissivo's Cafu Martins was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ubaldo Cambiasso received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cafu Martins came out and tried to block the shot, but Ubaldo Cambiasso slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 25th minute. Manissivo's Cafu Martins played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Cambiasso in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Cambiasso in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cafu Martins saved Manissivo from getting behind. 37 minutes into the game, one of Manissivo:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Cafu Martins had in the 39thth minute some difficulties stopping Joaquin Cambiasso's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Marciano Cambiasso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 47th minute of the match BAIRES got a corner. Manissivo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gabriel Duarte ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led BAIRES's Gabriel Duarte to fire away a dangerous shot which Cafu Martins despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marciano Cambiasso to strike the kick off in the second half. When João Adolfo dos Santos fell near the penalty area in the 50th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manissivo's protests and gave João Adolfo dos Santos a yellow card for diving instead. After 50 played minutes Manissivo got a freekick which was hit by João Adolfo dos Santos. If Andres Cambiasso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joaquin Cambiasso hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marciano Cambiasso in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cafu Martins saved Manissivo from getting behind. After some careless play in the Manissivo defense, Marciano Cambiasso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cafu Martins. The Manissivo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafu Martins should have stopped the shot. Cafu Martins showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Cambiasso in the 68th minute of the match. João Adolfo dos Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Cambiasso having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when João Adolfo dos Santos got free with Anibal Cambiasso in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Manissivo's Cacá Mangueira got a free kick in the 77th minute. Gabriel Duarte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82nd play minutes Marciano Cambiasso shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Cafu Martins and just under the crossbar into goal. A collision led to Manissivo getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Francisco Ceresso hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Manissivo defense, Andres Cambiasso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cafu Martins. The Manissivo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cafu Martins should have stopped the shot. 95 minutes into the match, Manissivo's goal looked a bit too open when Genaro Cambiasso came free, but Cafu Martins reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cafu Martins didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genaro Cambiasso went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-1 was the resulting score. BAIRES's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
