Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Viorel Iacobescu in the 8th minute of play. Cristofor Sambrano took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Niculae Rădvan. Niculae Rădvan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. With a little luck, Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero got control of the ball when Aurelian Odobescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Aurelian Odobescu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luís Paulo Romero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Viorel Iacobescu in the 25th minute of the match. With a little luck, Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero got control of the ball when Aurelian Odobescu tried to sneak it across the goal line. FC PIETROSUL -MM- were awarded a corner in the 34th minute after Flying Dutch's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Aurelian Odobescu took the corner. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Horaţiu Pintilie was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luís Paulo Romero in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Macerio Cubria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Niculae Rădvan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Macerio Cubria, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute.

FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Costin Pupăzan was substituted for Filip Braia. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Niculae Maior to make the kick off. Niculae Rădvan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Macerio Cubria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Niculae Rădvan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Macerio Cubria in the 61st minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Viorel Iacobescu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. FC PIETROSUL -MM-'s Cristi Ciprian was substituted for Viorel Iacobescu. In the 66th match minute, Flying Dutch was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Santos to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Cristi Ciprian ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Paulo Romero was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 77 minutes, Aurelian Odobescu mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC PIETROSUL -MM- and the Flying Dutch players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Aurelian Odobescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aurelian Odobescu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo Romero having to interfere. Aurel Teodoroiu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Dutch's zone, Cristi Ciprian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulo Romero came out of the goal and Cristi Ciprian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 96thth minute of the game Cristi Ciprian who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Flying Dutch's Luís Paulo Romero was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 97 played minutes Flying Dutch got a freekick which was hit by Jardel Pinheiro. After a defensive mix-up in Flying Dutch's zone, Aurelian Odobescu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Luís Paulo Romero came out of the goal and Aurelian Odobescu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
