Spectators: 7506 (Terracing: 5630, Seating: 1726, VIP seats: 150) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gustavo Rivero got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Vulcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 4 minutes into the match, Casi Gol FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emmanuel Lockhart came free, but Alex Vulcan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alex Vulcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Vilar in the 6th minute of play. Joaquim Vilar had several of the Casi Gol FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 10 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Alex Vulcan as he didn't even see the shot coming. 13 minutes into the match, Joaquim Vilar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Alex Vulcan. Casi Gol FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquim Vilar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cary Ackerman kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. When El Canalla de Chicago's Joaquim Vilar in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Casi Gol FC's goalie prevented a goal. 24 minutes into the match, Joaquim Vilar notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Casi Gol FC's Alex Vulcan. Alex Vulcan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 28 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Joaquim Vilar sped through Casi Gol FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Alex Vulcan. Alex Vulcan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 30th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Vilar in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Vulcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 33rd minute, Casi Gol FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joaquim Vilar fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. El Canalla de Chicago's Domingo Lopez got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Joaquim Vilar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Vulcan was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Wilbur Hyde showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Rivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Casi Gol FC were awarded a corner in the 48th minute after El Canalla de Chicago's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Anibal Asier took the corner. The corner went over the outstretched arms of El Canalla de Chicago's goalie and right to Gustavo Rivero. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. El Canalla de Chicago's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Joaquim Vilar made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Domingo Lopez made a precise shot to the right of Alex Vulcan. Casi Gol FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. Claude Mueller's late challenge caught a Casi Gol FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claude Mueller helped the player get up and apologised. Claude Mueller hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. Casi Gol FC's Alex Vulcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Vilar in the 56th minute of play. In the 60th minute Joaquim Vilar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Vulcan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joaquim Vilar in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alex Vulcan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joaquim Vilar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Casi Gol FC's Rubens de Alcântara got a free kick in the 66th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Wilfred Noel managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters rose to their feet, but Wilfred Noel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alex Vulcan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 71st minute, Armando Leobardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Vulcan was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. El Canalla de Chicago's Justin Raines was substituted for Domingo Lopez. After 84 minutes Casi Gol FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wilfred Noel who took care of the corner kick. El Canalla de Chicago's Wilfred Noel was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alex Vulcan in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Joaquim Vilar struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Alex Vulcan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Canalla de Chicago. In the 88th minute El Canalla de Chicago were awarded a corner. Wilfred Noel went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 90 minutes, Justin Raines managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El Canalla de Chicago's supporters crossed their fingers, but Justin Raines was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. El Canalla de Chicago fully deserved thier win.
