That made the score 3-0 in the 11 minute of play. In the 14th minute Geraldo Bezerra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chicão Leal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Geraldo Bezerra's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Chicão Leal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 16th minute of play. Geraldo Bezerra struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Chicão Leal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lε COCO SρσяtiV. In the 21st match minute, Lε COCO SρσяtiV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Geraldo Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. Geraldo Bezerra could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Chicão Leal made a huge save. Laureano Matia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Flavinho Dionísio in the 26th minute of the match. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Geraldo Bezerra was the one to do the kick off. Naldo Antunes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Laureano Matia read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Zorion Oña was substituted for Geraldo Bezerra. A sloppy throw-in by Cesar Filipo in the 73rd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Lε COCO SρσяtiV's Nemesio Bilbo. In the 75th minute of the match, Silvinho de Senna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Laureano Matia was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Zorion Oña blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Chicão Leal having to make a save. The referee showed Nemesio Bilbo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Vila Aurora FC booed when Lε COCO SρσяtiV was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nemesio Bilbo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vila Aurora FC's Chicão Leal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zorion Oña in the 94th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zorion Oña in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Chicão Leal saved Vila Aurora FC from getting behind. Vila Aurora FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
