Vencel Mezei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Vik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 12th minute Pénzügyőr SE were awarded a corner. Herberto Mascarenhas went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Ottó Takács almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Woopbongo's Villiam Askelöf did a great save. In the 14th minute, Pénzügyőr SE's Róbert Sárosi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Róbert Sárosi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pénzügyőr SE protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Róbert Sárosi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 14th minute, one of Pénzügyőr SE:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Pénzügyőr SE. Vencel Mezei had in the 16thth minute some difficulties stopping Edgar Albohm's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Woopbongo's Edgar Albohm nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vencel Mezei made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. The audience was convinced that Lars Vik's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vencel Mezei was relentless in the 22nd minute of the game. Woopbongo's Stig Rydelius was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vencel Mezei in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Bertil Albäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st match minute, Pénzügyőr SE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Márton Soós to maneuver through the defense. Bertil Albäck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Villiam Askelöf came out and tried to block the shot, but Bertil Albäck slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 63rd minute. 67 minutes into the match, Pénzügyőr SE's goal looked a bit too open when Lars Vik came free, but Vencel Mezei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th minute, Pénzügyőr SE's Bertil Albäck dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bertil Albäck got free with Villiam Askelöf in the 82nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Villiam Askelöf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Bertil Albäck in the 84th minute. Ottó Takács hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Pénzügyőr SE's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
