Arkadiusz Kostka made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gaétan Bouchard in the 4th minute of play. Gandalf Head sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 8 minutes into the match, FC MARKUS's Federico Chiesa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joe Camp narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nicolas Hamard sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 12th minute, Daniel Hatman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joe Camp was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Téo Aguiar hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. 16 minutes into the game, Federico Chiesa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC MARKUS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cats and dogs the free kick. A collision led to FC MARKUS getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Federico Chiesa hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gaétan Bouchard in the 18th minute of play forced FC MARKUS's goalkeeper Arkadiusz Kostka to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Nicolas Hamard shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arkadiusz Kostka saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 21st minute, Gaétan Bouchard left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cats and dogs fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Arkadiusz Kostka took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Hamard, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute of the match Cats and dogs got a corner. FC MARKUS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicolas Hamard ran over to the corner to take the kick. Redouane Goude hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. After 28 minutes Cats and dogs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Lukasz Jaszyna who took care of the corner kick. FC MARKUS's Lukasz Jaszyna was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joe Camp in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 31st minute of the match Cats and dogs got a corner. FC MARKUS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Nicolas Hamard ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Cats and dogs's corner Nicolas Hamard fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Arkadiusz Kostka quite easily take care of the ball. Nicolas Hamard took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arkadiusz Kostka. Arkadiusz Kostka dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Cats and dogs were awarded a corner in the 41th minute after FC MARKUS's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Nicolas Hamard took the corner. Cats and dogs's Nicolas Hamard got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The FC MARKUS players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cats and dogs were winning 1-2.

Joe Camp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Federico Chiesa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 55 minutes had been played when some careless play by Cats and dogs's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lukasz Jaszyna was slow to take the kick. During this time FC MARKUS's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, FC MARKUS's Lucjan Drugi got a free kick in the 55th minute. After 69 minutes of play, Cats and dogs's Nicolas Hamard made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Arkadiusz Kostka was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arkadiusz Kostka was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Franklin Boch showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-4 in the 85 minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Terry Sauvestre got free with Arkadiusz Kostka in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The FC MARKUS supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cats and dogs's performance. The match ended with a win for Cats and dogs.
