The Funebrero FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilano Intxixu should have stopped the shot. In the 9th minute, Gustav Åkesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amancio Videl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mati Pinto, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the game, Berni y Benja FC's Olle Carlsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Atilano Intxixu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. The supporters of Berni y Benja FC booed when Funebrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidro Fero didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Gavino Hats quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-8. 39 minutes into the game, Hector Lartaun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Funebrero FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berni y Benja FC the free kick. The supporters of Berni y Benja FC booed when Funebrero FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Lartaun didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atilano Intxixu came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Berni y Benja FC's Olle Carlsson. But to his dismay, Olle Carlsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Atilano Intxixu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Doğuhan Işıklar in the 44th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Basilio Valiente stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Atilano Intxixu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gavino Hats in the 51st minute. Atilano Intxixu was out of position in the 55 minute of play, and Olle Carlsson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Olle Carlsson really showed his touch with that goal: 0-10. After having played for 59 minutes, Edgardo Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berni y Benja FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Arce was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Funebrero FC's Atilano Intxixu got control of the ball when Olle Carlsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 62 minutes, Kärim Benzine made it 0-11 with a short kick to the right side. Funebrero FC's Atilano Intxixu tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Funebrero FC's Atilano Intxixu got control of the ball when Olle Carlsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Kärim Benzine took a quick shot and it went in 0-13 without a chance for Atilano Intxixu to make any attempt to save it. In the 81st minute, Berni y Benja FC's Kärim Benzine ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Atilano Intxixu. Atilano Intxixu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-14. Atilano Intxixu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kärim Benzine, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Mauro Boni scored 0-16 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atilano Intxixu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Atilano Intxixu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Carlsson in the 92nd minute of the match. Berni y Benja FC played a much better game than Funebrero FC and deserved their victory. The Funebrero FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
