Leonides Jenaro hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute Horia Tătaru shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Gomez kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Preator Edikt's Horia Tătaru nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Heli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 30th minute Fellipe Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Heli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Trinidad 4.7's goal looked a bit too open when Horia Tătaru came free, but Danilo Heli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horia Tătaru was the one to do the kick off. Anier Unai got a throw-in 52 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Leonides Jenaro. Kenneth Björnberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Heli having to interfere. Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist was substituted for Horia Tătaru. Stig-Ove Blomqvist struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Danilo Heli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Preator Edikt. Preator Edikt's Jan Pihlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leo Ochoa in the 63rd minute of play. Danilo Heli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig-Ove Blomqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 74 minutes into the game, Anier Unai was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Trinidad 4.7's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Preator Edikt the free kick. Preator Edikt's Albert Örnberg was substituted for Fellipe Vianna. Trinidad 4.7's Victor Orzaize was substituted for Celestino Basualdo. After 75 played minutes Trinidad 4.7 got a freekick which was hit by Anier Unai. In the 77th minute, Ashley Cole got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jan Pihlberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Ochoa in the 83rd minute of play. Trinidad 4.7's Danilo Heli proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Trinidad 4.7 from getting a goal against them. Jan Pihlberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Gurutz in the 86th minute of the match. Danilo Heli came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Preator Edikt's Stig-Ove Blomqvist. But to his dismay, Stig-Ove Blomqvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the final whistle sounded Preator Edikt left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Trinidad 4.7.
