The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jean Schmidt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Siöberg in the 5th minute of play. In the 9th minute Holger Siöberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jean Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sílvio Luís Ceresso scored 0-1 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jean Schmidt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Joacim First made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emery Baldwin in the 23rd minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞'s goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luís Ceresso came free, but Jean Schmidt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Holger Siöberg was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. 35 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goalkeeper Joacim First had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Rocha. 36 minutes into the game, Sílvio Luís Ceresso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Jean Schmidt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sílvio Luís Ceresso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Jean Schmidt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Viktor Bodrogi made a kick off. 57 minutes into the match, Pinhote FC's goal looked a bit too open when Emery Baldwin came free, but Joacim First reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Frederico Rocha came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederico Rocha couldn't finish the play. Pinhote FC's Sílvio Luís Ceresso got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Sílvio Luís Ceresso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joacim First made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emery Baldwin in the 64th minute of play. Sílvio Luís Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 73 minutes, Fede Gatti mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ✞✞ POMMERISH KIND F.C. ✞✞ and the Pinhote FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sílvio Luís Ceresso got free with Jean Schmidt in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sílvio Luís Ceresso hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. After having played for 86 minutes, Sílvio Luís Ceresso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
