In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fenrir BK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Isaksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 25th minute Jarl Vallengren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jan-Åke Isaksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fenrir BK's Jan-Åke Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Fenrir BK from getting a goal against them. Through an outstanding action, after 35 minutes, Jan-Åke Isaksson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sefa Danış in the 38th minute of play forced Fenrir BK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fenrir BK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 44th minute, when Sefa Danış scored to the left of an out of position Jan-Åke Isaksson, making the score, 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jarl Vallengren to strike the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Fenrir BK defense, Sefa Danış kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jan-Åke Isaksson. The Fenrir BK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jan-Åke Isaksson should have stopped the shot. Fenrir BK's Jan-Åke Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Vallengren in the 61st minute of play. Lorien Vilela made an important save on a dangerous shot by Einar Carlsson in the 67th minute. The supporters of Fenrir BK booed when Vänge IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mikael Wenerdahl in the 80th minute of play forced Fenrir BK's goalkeeper Jan-Åke Isaksson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sefa Danış in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan-Åke Isaksson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Fenrir BK's Jan-Åke Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Lima in the 86th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Sefa Danış ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jan-Åke Isaksson was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Jan-Åke Isaksson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mikael Wenerdahl in the 95th minute of the match. Lorien Vilela made a fantastic save in the 96th minute, when Eric Ahlberg sent off a good shot on target. Ulf Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Vänge IF fully deserved thier win.
