The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Poz came free, but Leandro Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leandro Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Poz, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Poz in the 8th minute of play. After 10 played minutes Caskinha Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Luiz Eduardo Tróia. 11 minutes into the match, Caskinha Esporte Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Santiago Rayman came free, but Leandro Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Polito was a little too slow when Luiz Eduardo Tróia got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Honorio Eguen took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leandro Neves. Leandro Neves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 21st minute Luigi Doublet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Wang Sen Jian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leandro Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Poz in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25thth minute of the game Astor Poz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Artur Campidelis got a free kick in the 26th minute. Emiliano Polito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Tróia, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Leandro Neves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Traian Bognar, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 34th minute, Luigi Doublet left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sandungueo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Luiz Eduardo Tróia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Emiliano Polito read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Sandungueo's Elias Sugoi got a free kick in the 41st minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Eduardo Tróia to strike the kick off in the second half. Wang Sen Jian fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Emiliano Polito having to interfere. With a little luck, Caskinha Esporte Clube's Leandro Neves got control of the ball when Traian Bognar tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Luiz Eduardo Tróia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leandro Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Eguen in the 62nd minute of play. After having played for 65 minutes, Astor Poz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sandungueo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Poz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Caskinha Esporte Clube made a substitution. Iván Zamorano replaced Luiz Eduardo Tróia. After 67 played minutes Caskinha Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Remus Costeiantu. In the 70th minute Luigi Doublet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Neves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Artur Campidelis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Traian Bognar took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leandro Neves. Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Natã Motta in the 75th minute of play forced Caskinha Esporte Clube's goalkeeper Leandro Neves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Caskinha Esporte Clube defense, Natã Motta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Leandro Neves. The Caskinha Esporte Clube fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Leandro Neves should have stopped the shot. Sandungueo made a substitution. Arnulfo Eguntsenti replaced Traian Bognar. In the 85th minute, Remus Costeiantu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 86th match minute, Caskinha Esporte Clube was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Remus Costeiantu to maneuver through the defense. Leandro Neves came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Sandungueo's Luigi Doublet. But to his dismay, Luigi Doublet quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iván Zamorano in the 90th minute of play forced Sandungueo's goalkeeper Emiliano Polito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 94 played minutes Sandungueo got a freekick which was hit by Arnulfo Eguntsenti. When the match was over Sandungueo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Caskinha Esporte Clube throughout the match.
