But to his dismay, Harald Keane quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Erik da Fonseca didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Harald Keane went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Jeremias Salles made a precise shot to the right of Erik da Fonseca. União Agrícola Barbarense's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After having played for 30 minutes, Elia Bosco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lindner F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elia Bosco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erik da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elia Bosco in the 33rd minute of play. Erik da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harald Keane, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Harald Keane managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lindner F.C's supporters rose to their feet, but Harald Keane was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik da Fonseca breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jeremias Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Erik da Fonseca having to interfere. The corner led Lindner F.C's Bilal Sebuk to fire away a dangerous shot which Erik da Fonseca despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-5 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The crowd rose to their feet as Lindner F.C's Elia Bosco slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Erik da Fonseca. That made the score 0-9 after 89 minutes of play. With a little luck, União Agrícola Barbarense's Erik da Fonseca got control of the ball when Elia Bosco tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match was over Lindner F.C could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than União Agrícola Barbarense throughout the match.
