With a couple of smart ball manuevers Agostinho Almeida in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jeronimo Dantel saved Valencia Santa Fe from getting behind. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Ritvaldis Rau got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-1. 33 minutes into the match. Wágner Seco didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Felipe Inocente went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Felipe Inocente could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Wágner Seco made a huge save. Yan Chong could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Wágner Seco made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Juventudes Libertárias's Ritvaldis Rau got a free kick in the 42nd minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arnoldo Montrell to strike the kick off in the second half. Wágner Seco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Inocente in the 52nd minute of play. Jeronimo Dantel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ritvaldis Rau, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 57thth minute of the game Arnoldo Montrell who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Juventudes Libertárias's Wágner Seco was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 68 minutes of play, Valencia Santa Fe's Felipe Inocente made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Wágner Seco was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 72nd minute Agostinho Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jeronimo Dantel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Juventudes Libertárias getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Rubinho Loureiro hit a great ball. Leonel Faria's late challenge caught a Valencia Santa Fe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leonel Faria helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Valencia Santa Fe getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Felipe Inocente hit a great ball. 94 minutes into the match, Gilson Meirelles notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Valencia Santa Fe's Jeronimo Dantel. Jeronimo Dantel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Valencia Santa Fe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Juventudes Libertárias had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
