Paco Trujillo started the match with the kick off. After 2 played minutes Pereiras FC got a freekick which was hit by Aleksi Puhakainen. Téo Silva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Trujillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paco Trujillo in the 6th minute of play forced Pereiras FC's goalkeeper Téo Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Andrés Figueroa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Downchester City's supporters rose to their feet, but Andrés Figueroa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Téo Silva breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gualter Pitta was the one to do the kick off. Paco Trujillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Saturnin Darroja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enio Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Paco Trujillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Téo Silva read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, Downchester City's Paco Trujillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Téo Silva narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
