Spectators: 7487 (Terracing: 5616, Seating: 1722, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Natã Madureira took the kick off in the first half of the match. Linus Stenqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Rubinho de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Zonta in the 7th minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Frans Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, Real Cruzeiro FC's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Stenqvist came free, but Rubinho de Amaral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 16th minute Tallboda Gunners were awarded a corner. Peter Skytt went to the cornerflag to take it. Linus Stenqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tales Salgado hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Zonta in the 31st minute of play forced Tallboda Gunners's goalkeeper Frans Billström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubinho de Amaral showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Linus Stenqvist in the 37th minute of the match. Niklas Törnblom hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Linus Stenqvist made the kick off in the second half. Luís Guilherme Cabral made in the 51st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Tallboda Gunners's Linus Stenqvist. 58 minutes into the match, Linus Stenqvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rubinho de Amaral. Real Cruzeiro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Linus Stenqvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. When Martin Lang came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Tallboda Gunners fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Martin Lang couldn't finish the play. After having played for 64 minutes, Linus Stenqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tallboda Gunners's supporters crossed their fingers, but Linus Stenqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Natã Madureira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Frans Billström made a huge save. Rubinho de Amaral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Linus Stenqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Tallboda Gunners made a substitution. Karl-Erik Ahlbom replaced Linus Stenqvist. Rubinho de Amaral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Erik Ahlbom in the 94th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Tallboda Gunners players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
