Spectators: 7246 (Terracing: 5597, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 149) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hector Pello kicked off to start the match. Vigil Torres made in the 3rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Leiden Spor Kulubu's 石渊文. After a rather tough play, Thierry Emry FC's Gürhan Ünsi got a free kick in the 6th minute. Hector Pello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Hamit Koryürek left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Thierry Emry FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Harry Mik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamit Koryürek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thierry Emry FC's Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Thierry Emry FC from getting a goal against them. A sloppy throw-in by Walery Malik in the 18th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Leiden Spor Kulubu's 石渊文. 20 minutes into the game, Kong Sen Ting cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Harry Mik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 24 minutes into the match, Kong Sen Ting had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Harry Mik. Leiden Spor Kulubu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kong Sen Ting was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. After having played for 27 minutes, Hamit Koryürek managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Thierry Emry FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hamit Koryürek was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, 石渊文 put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck. If 石渊文 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Harry Mik took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamit Koryürek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the game, Hamit Koryürek cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-4. Harry Mik was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 石渊文 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 石渊文 recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thierry Emry FC's Anıl Timurtas was substituted for Gürhan Ünsi. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Şakir Salti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, Şakir Salti dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Harry Mik, 1-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by 石渊文 in the 57th minute of play forced Thierry Emry FC's goalkeeper Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şakir Salti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Harry Mik tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Hector Pello received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. The audience was convinced that Kong Sen Ting's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Harry Mik was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Leiden Spor Kulubu's Joost de Zaaijer got a free kick in the 79th minute. 82 minutes into the match, Thierry Emry FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pierre Vrieze came free, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kong Sen Ting took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Harry Mik. Harry Mik dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. In the 92nd minute 石渊文 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henri-Patrick Widdepenninck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Billy Châtelet kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Kong Sen Ting in the 97thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Harry Mik, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. When the match was over Thierry Emry FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Leiden Spor Kulubu throughout the match.
