The audience was convinced that Alejo Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimmy Myhr was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. After 24 minutes, Alejo Cucao made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. Northland Vikings's Jimmy Myhr tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute, Fryderyk Gajewski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jimmy Myhr was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. Jimmy Myhr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alejo Cucao in the 31st minute of play. Ulf Svensson's late challenge caught a F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ulf Svensson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 32nd minute, Ulf Svensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 34 minutes, Alejo Cucao put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Jimmy Myhr. When the match clock showed 37 minutes, the score became 0-8 when Alejo Cucao sped through Northland Vikings's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jimmy Myhr. Jimmy Myhr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alejo Cucao in the 42nd minute of the match. After the first half F.C BEŞİKTAŞ were leading 0-8. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alejo Cucao stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rasmus Højlund scored 0-10 in the 58th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimmy Myhr, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alejo Cucao in the 61st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jimmy Myhr prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Fryderyk Gajewski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jimmy Myhr. Jimmy Myhr yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-11. Rasmus Højlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of F.C BEŞİKTAŞ booed when Northland Vikings was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonas Örtlund didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alejo Cucao kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jimmy Myhr. That made the score 0-13 in the 78 minute of play. Alejo Cucao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Jimmy Myhr made a huge save. In the 89th minute, F.C BEŞİKTAŞ's Rasmus Højlund dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-15. F.C BEŞİKTAŞ played a much better game than Northland Vikings and deserved their victory. The Northland Vikings players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
