The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Sebastian Nataniel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the game, Remus Pinches recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Ildefonso Tiso. Remus Pinches showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Urbano Ortega dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ildefonso Tiso, 2-0. In the 21st minute, Gabriel Ellande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 22 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's Remus Pinches broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Ildefonso Tiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Ortega in the 26th minute of play. Paragüil FC's Ildefonso Tiso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Paragüil FC from getting a goal against them. Ildefonso Tiso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Ortega in the 31st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Paragüil FC's Fausto Viator got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th match minute, Paragüil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tiburcio Dorio to maneuver through the defense. Ronald Koeman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbano Ortega got free with Ildefonso Tiso in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ronald Koeman struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ildefonso Tiso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Locura Académica. In the 44th minute, Fausto Viator made a precise shot to the right of Davide Franco. Locura Académica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Urbano Ortega got free with Ildefonso Tiso in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

In the 54thth minute of the game Gaudencio Hartz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Paragüil FC's Ildefonso Tiso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Locura Académica booed when Paragüil FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Caitano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sebastian Nataniel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 4-1 came in the 66th minute when Remus Pinches all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Ildefonso Tiso. In the 70th minute, Urbano Ortega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Locura Académica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Ildefonso Tiso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Urbano Ortega in the 74th minute of play. Gaudencio Hartz scored 6-1 in the 76th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ildefonso Tiso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
