When Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 4th minute got a chance for a shot 4th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cappadocia FC's goalie prevented a goal. Engin Özsungur showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro in the 5th minute of the match. If Rigoberto Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 8 minutes into the match, Cappadocia FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rodolfo Cordeiro came free, but Engin Özsungur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Cappadocia FC defense, Rodolfo Cordeiro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Engin Özsungur. The Cappadocia FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Engin Özsungur should have stopped the shot. In the 17thth minute of the game Rigoberto Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Engin Özsungur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Miguel Transito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Santa Maradona's supporters rose to their feet, but Miguel Transito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Engin Özsungur breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rigoberto Thomas scored 0-2 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Engin Özsungur, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tayyar Ömür kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Thomas in the 26th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Engin Özsungur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ratan Ayala kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Gürkan Yiğit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jonathan Errapel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cappadocia FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Tayyar Ömür hit a great ball. In the 33rdth minute of the game Rigoberto Thomas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cappadocia FC's Engin Özsungur was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Engin Özsungur took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rodolfo Cordeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rigoberto Thomas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigoberto Thomas in the 36th minute of play forced Cappadocia FC's goalkeeper Engin Özsungur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tayyar Ömür's late challenge caught a Santa Maradona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tayyar Ömür helped the player get up and apologised. In the 41st minute Rigoberto Thomas suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Timur Güdü charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Timur Güdü the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Santa Maradona made a substitution. Octavio Txurio replaced Rigoberto Thomas. In a very dangerous position, a player in Cappadocia FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for Santa Maradona. Rodolfo Cordeiro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Engin Özsungur. 0-3. If Octavio Txurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rodolfo Cordeiro was the one to do the kick off. Cappadocia FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 52nd minute, when Octavio Txurio scored to the left of an out of position Engin Özsungur, making the score, 0-4. In the 56th minute, Octavio Txurio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Engin Özsungur was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. The supporters of Cappadocia FC booed when Santa Maradona was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gervasio Garcia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Octavio Txurio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Engin Özsungur having to interfere. Timur Güdü kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Santa Maradona's Rodolfo Cordeiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Engin Özsungur. That made the score 0-6 after 69 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Santa Maradona's Herminio Birila got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Garip İbrahimoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Engin Özsungur was a little too slow when Rodolfo Cordeiro got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 78th minute. The score was now 0-7. In the 80th minute, Samuel Refugio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82ndth minute Garip İbrahimoğlu easily got through Santa Maradona's defense and fired away a shot, but Jonathan Errapel leaped left and performed a fabulous save. 84 minutes had been played when some careless play by Santa Maradona's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Garip İbrahimoğlu was slow to take the kick. During this time Cappadocia FC's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Gürkan Yiğit managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. 0-8 became the score in the 87th minute when Rodolfo Cordeiro elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Rodolfo Cordeiro had several of the Cappadocia FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 92 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-9 score and a disappointed Engin Özsungur as he didn't even see the shot coming. Santa Maradona's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
