After some fancy dribbling in the 15th minute, Luca Radovan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carp Team's supporters rose to their feet, but Luca Radovan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Teofilo Lastras breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 18 minutes, Luca Radovan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carp Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luca Radovan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 21st minute, Luca Radovan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Luca Radovan in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Teofilo Lastras prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teofilo Lastras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Radovan's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Teofilo Lastras showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Eguzki, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Steaua Noes Potable's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Radovan came free, but Teofilo Lastras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luca Radovan in the 43rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teofilo Lastras saved Steaua Noes Potable from getting behind. The supporters of Steaua Noes Potable booed when Carp Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zsolt Major didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Luca Radovan to make the kick off. When Luca Radovan came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Carp Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luca Radovan couldn't finish the play. Rosendo Gergori hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. If Emilio Eguzki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Teofilo Lastras stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luca Radovan's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Luca Radovan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Teofilo Lastras made a huge save. 61 minutes into the match, Steaua Noes Potable's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Radovan came free, but Teofilo Lastras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Teofilo Lastras was a little too slow when Emilio Eguzki got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 72nd minute. The score was now 0-5. When Carp Team's Luca Radovan in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Steaua Noes Potable's goalie prevented a goal. Teofilo Lastras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Radovan in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Neil Tutorskiy in the 86th minute of play forced Steaua Noes Potable's goalkeeper Teofilo Lastras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Carp Team's Radomir Šiljak ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Teofilo Lastras. Teofilo Lastras yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-6. Carp Team's Nicolae Zaharia was substituted for Luca Radovan. When the match was over Carp Team could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Steaua Noes Potable throughout the match.
