Igor Brandenberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gong Zhi Peng went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. MasterBets were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after SalentoUnited's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gong Zhi Peng took the corner. Gong Zhi Peng made a great header on MasterBets's corner, it was just that SalentoUnited's Igor Brandenberg managed to reach the ball for a save. Gong Zhi Peng might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Igor Brandenberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gong Zhi Peng stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to SalentoUnited getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Ergincan Suerkan hit a great ball. MasterBets's Gong Zhi Peng shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 55th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Igor Brandenberg but with some difficulty. 58 minutes into the game, Constantin Costăchescu threw the ball into play from the sideline. SalentoUnited's Patrice Brechbühl quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Igor Brandenberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gong Zhi Peng in the 59th minute of play. A throw-in in the 66th minute of the game was made by Patrice Brechbühl with Octavius Gräf as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Gong Zhi Peng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Igor Brandenberg made a huge save.
