In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gilvan Sanches came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Las Momias F. C.'s Hipolito Jerico. But to his dismay, Hipolito Jerico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Leonardo Barros's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Carlo Amadei skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 47th minute, Conrado Pernambucano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Green Squad FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Las Momias F. C. were winning 0-2.

C. echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Green Squad FC had held the ball for most of the match.
