After 4 minutes Green Squad FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Magnus Kübler who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Green Squad FC's goalie and right to Melchor Uzuri. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Green Squad FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melchor Uzuri in the 4th minute of play forced Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 8 minutes into the game, Melchor Uzuri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. La Pachorra LSF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Green Squad FC the free kick. Melchor Uzuri hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Veto Steller's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gilvan Sanches read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Hugo Loi hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. Green Squad FC's Gilvan Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Veto Steller in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Green Squad FC's goal looked a bit too open when Veto Steller came free, but Gilvan Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the La Pachorra LSF defense, Tadeu Cosme kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Erlantz. The La Pachorra LSF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Erlantz should have stopped the shot. La Pachorra LSF's Eriberto Erlantz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save La Pachorra LSF from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Barros was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gilvan Sanches was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Green Squad FC's goalkeeper Gilvan Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benedicto Paredes hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. When La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Green Squad FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 62 played minutes Green Squad FC got a freekick which was hit by Tadeu Cosme. Thanks to some nice moves Veto Steller could shoot a difficult shot in the 64th minute, which Gilvan Sanches however easily saved by the left post. Veto Steller came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gilvan Sanches could save by the left post. In the 71st match minute, La Pachorra LSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Veto Steller to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Veto Steller got free with Gilvan Sanches in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 88 minutes, Hugo Loi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Pachorra LSF and the Green Squad FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 88 played minutes La Pachorra LSF got a freekick which was hit by Hugo Loi. A sloppy throw-in by Renato Messias in the 92nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by La Pachorra LSF's Mateo Bastia. With his leg Gilvan Sanches managed to avoid a goal in the 93rdth minute, when La Pachorra LSF's Veto Steller fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Renato Messias hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Veto Steller could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 96th minute of the match, but Gilvan Sanches made a huge save. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. La Pachorra LSF walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
