After a rather tough play, Catadão's Hernani Pires got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Stathis Konstantakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cheeky Nuts United's supporters rose to their feet, but Stathis Konstantakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jardel Reis breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chu Yun Lei succeeded in the game's 11th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. After 19 played minutes Catadão got a freekick which was hit by Deivid de Salles. After a rather tough play, Catadão's Deivid de Salles got a free kick in the 22nd minute. 25 minutes into the match, Catadão's goal looked a bit too open when Jon-Erik Vedøy came free, but Jardel Reis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cheeky Nuts United's Stathis Konstantakis suffered a concussion after 25 minutes and had to leave the field. Cebrail Yamanöz charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cebrail Yamanöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Catadão was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cebrail Yamanöz to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cebrail Yamanöz in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olof Skretting saved Cheeky Nuts United from getting behind. Olof Skretting made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cebrail Yamanöz in the 35th minute. Jardel Reis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Øvstebø in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, Cheeky Nuts United's goal looked a bit too open when Cebrail Yamanöz came free, but Olof Skretting reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 52 played minutes Cheeky Nuts United got a freekick which was hit by Doctor Potass. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jon-Erik Vedøy got free with Jardel Reis in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Jon-Erik Vedøy had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 58 minutes into the game, Alf Austad recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jardel Reis. Alf Austad showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Catadão's Jardel Reis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabian Lundberg in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute Zafran Chien-Kwan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olof Skretting saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Olof Skretting showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zafran Chien-Kwan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Jon-Erik Vedøy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jardel Reis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 70 minutes, Chu Yun Lei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Catadão's supporters crossed their fingers, but Chu Yun Lei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Olof Skretting showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cebrail Yamanöz in the 71st minute of the match. Olof Skretting made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cebrail Yamanöz in the 74th minute of play. In the 80thth minute of the game Zafran Chien-Kwan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cheeky Nuts United's Olof Skretting was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Cebrail Yamanöz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olof Skretting was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Cheeky Nuts United were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Catadão to leave the ground with a draw.
