The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the match, Lúcio Sá had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edmundo Catarinense. Wolf's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lúcio Sá was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Erik Vihonský could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 13th minute of the match, but Edmundo Catarinense made a huge save. Lúcio Sá took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmundo Catarinense. Edmundo Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Wolf from getting a goal against them. Edmundo Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piearres Holgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hortêncio Fantini in the 21st minute of play forced Curiphila Eagles's goalkeeper Kjell Sjöö to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With an all-out effort, Curiphila Eagles's Edmundo Catarinense threw himself towards the right post 22 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lúcio Sá, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Sá in the 25th minute of play. Edmundo Catarinense made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Erik Vihonský sent off a good shot on target. Murilo Monteiro blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kjell Sjöö having to make a save. 36 minutes into the match, Wolf's goalkeeper Edmundo Catarinense had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Piearres Holgado. In the 38th minute, Erik Vihonský made a precise shot to the right of Edmundo Catarinense. Wolf's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Edmundo Catarinense was a little too slow when Lúcio Sá got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 41st minute. The score was now 4-0. Khaidir Sopandi struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Edmundo Catarinense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curiphila Eagles. 48 minutes into the game, Khaidir Sopandi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Curiphila Eagles's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolf the free kick. Khaidir Sopandi kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 56th minute Lúcio Sá shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmundo Catarinense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lúcio Sá in the 59th minute of play. 60 minutes into the game, Lúcio Sá cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 6-0. Edmundo Catarinense was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Erik Vihonský in the 63rd minute of play forced Wolf's goalkeeper Edmundo Catarinense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edmundo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Sá in the 64th minute of the match. With a little luck, Curiphila Eagles's Kjell Sjöö got control of the ball when Geovanni Cordeiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. Piearres Holgado took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Edmundo Catarinense. Edmundo Catarinense dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Edmundo Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Erik Vihonský, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. After 73 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Khaidir Sopandi. Edmundo Catarinense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lúcio Sá in the 76th minute of the match. Hortêncio Fantini could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Kjell Sjöö made a huge save. After 80 minutes of play, Curiphila Eagles's Erik Vihonský made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edmundo Catarinense was left in no man's land by his defense there! Curiphila Eagles made a substitution. Waldir de Amaral replaced Cristian Vides. Khaidir Sopandi hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Edmundo Catarinense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Piearres Holgado, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Wolf's Edmundo Catarinense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erik Vihonský in the 91st minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Caio Lara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erik Vihonský scored 9-0 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Edmundo Catarinense, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Curiphila Eagles fully deserved thier win.
