In the 8th minute, Ernst Herinckx left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minion Mim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 11thth minute of the game Ernst Herinckx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Dexter Morgan VR46's Davide Cavaliere was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Davide Cavaliere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 14th minute of play. Mitch Lauwers made an important save on a dangerous shot by Diego Santo in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Minion Mim's Mattijs De Worteleer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Davide Cavaliere made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After 27 minutes, Joonatan Van Landewijck made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Dexter Morgan VR46's Davide Cavaliere tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Davide Cavaliere didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernst Herinckx went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute, Joonatan Van Landewijck made a precise shot to the right of Davide Cavaliere. Dexter Morgan VR46's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-6. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Joonatan Van Landewijck put it in 0-7 from a short distance just to the right of Davide Cavaliere. 41 minutes into the match, Ernst Herinckx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Davide Cavaliere. Dexter Morgan VR46's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ernst Herinckx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. Davide Cavaliere made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joonatan Van Landewijck in the 44th minute of play. Joonatan Van Landewijck took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davide Cavaliere. Davide Cavaliere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Diego Santo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernst Herinckx took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Davide Cavaliere. Davide Cavaliere dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-10. After some careless play in the Dexter Morgan VR46 defense, Joonatan Van Landewijck kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Davide Cavaliere. The Dexter Morgan VR46 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Davide Cavaliere should have stopped the shot. Joonatan Van Landewijck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Minion Mim fans' excitement grew in the 62nd match minute when Minion Mim's Joonatan Van Landewijck looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-12 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Dexter Morgan VR46's Frank Sammartino managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matthías Oliveira in the 65 minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Joonatan Van Landewijck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Davide Cavaliere was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-13. In the 69th minute, Mattijs De Worteleer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Minion Mim fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-14. In the 72nd minute Ernst Herinckx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Davide Cavaliere saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Ernst Herinckx's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Davide Cavaliere was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. Joonatan Van Landewijck hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Matthías Oliveira during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Franco Penna in the 86th minute of play forced Minion Mim's goalkeeper Mitch Lauwers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Minion Mim played a much better game than Dexter Morgan VR46 and deserved their victory. The Dexter Morgan VR46 players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
