The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After a rather tough play, Jandarma's Arí Freitas got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Freitas in the 4th minute of the match. 6 minutes into the game, Kjell Ekeli cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Oğuzkan Özkar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, William Knutsen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Glyn Wedlock showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arí Freitas in the 12th minute of the match. Kjell Ekeli charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kjell Ekeli the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qiao Kang got free with Glyn Wedlock in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the game, Qiao Kang recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Glyn Wedlock. Qiao Kang showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Jandarma's Oğuzkan Özkar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Óbolo in the 35th minute of play. A collision led to Jandarma getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Murat Özgener hit a great ball. Virgilio Ler kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Sagene IF's Osvaldo Sobera got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Sagene IF players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jandarma.
