Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giacomo Casanova in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olle Tunander prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 minutes VfL Wolfsburg's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Börge Erserman who took care of the corner kick. Andrew Tate was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Giacomo Casanova in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olle Tunander saved VfL Wolfsburg from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Bernt Hedling ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olle Tunander was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. 63 minutes into the match, La Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Albom came free, but Johan Lööf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giacomo Casanova in the 64th minute of play forced VfL Wolfsburg's goalkeeper Olle Tunander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olle Tunander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Olle Tunander stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Giacomo Casanova's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. After 74 minutes VfL Wolfsburg's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Börge Erserman who took care of the corner kick. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Giacomo Casanova put it in 8-0 from a short distance just to the right of Olle Tunander. Olle Tunander showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Giacomo Casanova in the 83rd minute of the match. VfL Wolfsburg's Olle Tunander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Giacomo Casanova in the 84th minute of play.
