The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flavius Ferenț made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sigve Berland in the 3rd minute of play. 4 minutes into the match, Flogo FF's goal looked a bit too open when Rareș Vanghelie came free, but Jesper Blomberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Alex Cunea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jesper Blomberg. Flogo FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alex Cunea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rasnita's goalkeeper Flavius Ferenț, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 10 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rasnita's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Håvard Kvalø was slow to take the kick. During this time Flogo FF's players had a chance to rest. Rareș Vanghelie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Toacsen in the 13th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Flavius Ferenț stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Finn-Christian Schei's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Jesper Blomberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Vanghelie, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Rareș Vanghelie hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Jesper Blomberg came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Rasnita's Rareș Vanghelie. But to his dismay, Rareș Vanghelie quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jesper Blomberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radu Macri in the 34th minute of play. Radu Macri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavius Ferenț made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Sigve Berland sent off a good shot on target. Gigel Apăvăloaie kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Flogo FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rasnita were winning 0-2.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Finn-Christian Schei was the one to do the kick off. After having played for 53 minutes, Christian Kaspersen managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flogo FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Kaspersen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jesper Blomberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sebastian Toacsen went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. With an all-out effort, Rasnita's Jesper Blomberg threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alex Cunea, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. After having played for 62 minutes, Finn-Christian Schei managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Flogo FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Finn-Christian Schei was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sebastian Toacsen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Jesper Blomberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Finn-Christian Schei fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Flavius Ferenț having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Finn-Christian Schei in the 68th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavius Ferenț saved Rasnita from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastian Toacsen in the 71st minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rasnita booed when Flogo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sigve Berland didn't get a good kick on the ball. 74 minutes into the game, one of Flogo FF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Jesper Blomberg, was totally fooled by Rasnita's Horaţiu Chelbea, who 75 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rareș Vanghelie in the 88th minute of play forced Flogo FF's goalkeeper Jesper Blomberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Christian Butt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flogo FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rasnita the free kick. In the 90th match minute, Flogo FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Butt to maneuver through the defense. Jesper Blomberg was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Sebastian Toacsen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Sebastian Toacsen really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. The audience was convinced that Alex Cunea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jesper Blomberg was relentless in the 99th minute of the game. Rasnita played a much better game than Flogo FF and deserved their victory. The Flogo FF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
