Spectators: 7477 (Terracing: 5609, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 149) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Umberto Nunes took the kick off in the first half of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Qarabulud La Forgia in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Joel Alén saved MaLe FC from getting behind. Joel Alén came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Palmeiras's Qarabulud La Forgia. But to his dismay, Qarabulud La Forgia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Régis de Queirós made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sixten Trillkott in the 14th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Qarabulud La Forgia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MaLe FC's Joel Alén was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós got control of the ball when Sixten Trillkott tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joel Alén made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qarabulud La Forgia in the 22nd minute of play. Joel Alén took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Clist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Umberto Nunes came free, but Régis de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in MaLe FC's zone, Qarabulud La Forgia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Alén came out of the goal and Qarabulud La Forgia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 40 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's Qarabulud La Forgia sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Joel Alén narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Palmeiras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Valdir Lopes in the 43rd minute. Qarabulud La Forgia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Joel Alén tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luke Clist to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to MaLe FC getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Milo Tatum hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Palmeiras's Qarabulud La Forgia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Joel Alén. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in MaLe FC's zone, Qarabulud La Forgia stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joel Alén came out of the goal and Qarabulud La Forgia tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Régis de Queirós took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Umberto Nunes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luke Clist in the 77th minute of play forced MaLe FC's goalkeeper Joel Alén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on MaLe FC's corner Mats Myr fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Régis de Queirós quite easily take care of the ball. After some careless play in the Palmeiras defense, Sixten Trillkott kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Régis de Queirós. The Palmeiras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Régis de Queirós should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Qarabulud La Forgia got free with Joel Alén in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 87 minutes into the match, Palmeiras's goal looked a bit too open when Sixten Trillkott came free, but Régis de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Qarabulud La Forgias short, quick shot in the 90thth minute got Joel Alén to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Palmeiras's Régis de Queirós played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixten Trillkott in the 91st minute of play. The Palmeiras supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Palmeiras would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
