In the 4th match minute, MaLe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sixten Trillkott to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 5 minutes into the game, when Mats Myr put in a rough tackle. Joel Alén had in the 7thth minute some difficulties stopping Kang Fan Xiang's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After some careless play in the MaLe FC defense, Kang Fan Xiang kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Joel Alén. The MaLe FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Joel Alén should have stopped the shot. 邵城邦 struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Antoni Beninda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MaLe FC. When Matías Souza came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Vila Zumbi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matías Souza couldn't finish the play. Joel Alén came out of the goal in the 19th minute to try and stop a shot by Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz. But to his dismay, Maciej Marchlewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maciej Marchlewicz in the 23rd minute of play forced MaLe FC's goalkeeper Joel Alén to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maciej Marchlewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Alén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciej Marchlewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. After 27th play minutes Maciej Marchlewicz shot 0-4, a short shot which went by Joel Alén and just under the crossbar into goal. Joel Alén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maciej Marchlewicz's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. 33 minutes into the game, Harry Hylander was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MaLe FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Vila Zumbi the free kick. In the 33rd match minute, MaLe FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Hylander to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Vila Zumbi's Maciej Marchlewicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Joel Alén made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 43 minutes into the match, Vila Zumbi's goalkeeper Antoni Beninda had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sixten Trillkott. Vila Zumbi's Kang Fan Xiang got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Maciej Marchlewicz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Maciej Marchlewicz might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joel Alén. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Maciej Marchlewicz ran back to his position shaking his head. 54 minutes into the match, MaLe FC's goalkeeper Joel Alén had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maciej Marchlewicz. Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado was substituted for Maciej Marchlewicz. In the 63rd minute Vila Zumbi were awarded a corner. Carlos Fernando Schmidt went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led to Vila Zumbi's Kang Fan Xiang getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 70 minutes into the match, MaLe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Almir Salgado came free, but Joel Alén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joel Alén stood somewhat misplaced when Almir Salgado came free in front of goal and shot 0-6 to the left of him in the 71 minute. Almir Salgado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Alén read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. Almir Salgados short, quick shot in the 83rdth minute got Joel Alén to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice moves Almir Salgado could shoot a difficult shot in the 85th minute, which Joel Alén however easily saved by the left post. When the match had gone on for 87 minutes, Almir Salgado took a quick shot and it went in 0-8 without a chance for Joel Alén to make any attempt to save it. After 89 played minutes Vila Zumbi got a freekick which was hit by Sergio Bertin. In the 90th minute of the match Ante Rebić sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Antoni Beninda skillfully saved the ball. Joel Alén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Almir Salgado's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Vila Zumbi played a much better game than MaLe FC and deserved their victory. The MaLe FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
