Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save Rakkestad IF from getting a goal against them. Antoni Beninda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabiano Ornelas in the 27th minute of the match. With a little luck, Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre got control of the ball when Maciej Marchlewicz tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 31st minute Maciej Marchlewicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Pourre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Antoni Beninda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabiano Ornelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Maciej Marchlewicz got free with Christophe Pourre in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vila Zumbi's Antoni Beninda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Dobrowski in the 37th minute of play. It was beautiful to see Rakkestad IF's Ignacio Dantae in action when he in the 40th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! Christophe Pourre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kang Fan Xiang, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 46th match minute, Rakkestad IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kai Sørdal to maneuver through the defense. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Maciej Marchlewicz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Kang Fan Xiang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Pourre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christophe Pourre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 54th minute of the match. Christophe Pourre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maciej Marchlewicz in the 58th minute of play. Fabiano Ornelas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Antoni Beninda having to interfere. Vila Zumbi's Almir Salgado was substituted for Maciej Marchlewicz. Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Salgado in the 64th minute of play. Fabiano Ornelas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Almir Salgado in the 74th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Christophe Pourre saved Rakkestad IF from getting behind. In the 80th minute Almir Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Pourre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Almir Salgado in the 85th minute of play forced Rakkestad IF's goalkeeper Christophe Pourre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rakkestad IF made a substitution. Johan Ødegården replaced Andrzej Dobrowski. In the 87th minute of the match Vila Zumbi got a corner. Rakkestad IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Carlos Fernando Schmidt ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Carlos Fernando Schmidt almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Rakkestad IF's Christophe Pourre did a great save. If Robert Pirès had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christophe Pourre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kang Fan Xiang, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 91st minute Almir Salgado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christophe Pourre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Oséias Quirino hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Antoni Beninda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ignacio Dantae in the 93rd minute of play. Rakkestad IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
