An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel de Senna in the 14th minute of play forced F.C. København's goalkeeper Blas Cidro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Abajas in the 17th minute of play. Dário de Godoi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augustin Staalfos in the 20th minute of play. Dário de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Staalfos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 24 minutes into the match, Augustin Staalfos notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi. Dário de Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Vilmer Tokkesdal was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 27 minutes into the match. Blas Cidro had in the 29thth minute some difficulties stopping Abel de Senna's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 32 played minutes F.C. København got a freekick which was hit by Carl Leer. Dário de Godoi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Abajas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabian Polkoski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Dário de Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Aracatiara EC's goalkeeper Dário de Godoi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fabian Polkoski stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The F.C. København fans' excitement grew in the 51st match minute when F.C. København's Fabian Polkoski looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-4 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Freddie Stavngaard recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Aracatiara EC from getting a goal against them. Fabian Polkoski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but Dário de Godoi made a huge save. After 70 played minutes F.C. København got a freekick which was hit by Augustin Staalfos. F.C. København's Luís da Mata was substituted for Freddy Fervø. The supporters of Aracatiara EC booed when F.C. København was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Terri Steenstrup didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th match minute, Aracatiara EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel de Senna to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi got control of the ball when Victorino Abajas tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 80thth minute of the game Victorino Abajas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Blas Cidro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulysses Lucas in the 82nd minute of play. Aracatiara EC's Dário de Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Abajas in the 86th minute of play. Fabian Polkoski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 90 minutes into the match, F.C. København's Victorino Abajas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dário de Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dário de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Abajas in the 92nd minute of the match. After 95 minutes F.C. København's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abel de Senna who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Abel de Senna almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but F.C. København's Blas Cidro did a great save. When the final whistle sounded F.C. København left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Aracatiara EC.
