If Victorio Basajaun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ayhan Vuralhan made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Daniël Jongsma sent off a good shot on target. In the 19th minute, Daniël Jongsma got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Heiko Som showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Heiko Som came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Tequileros FC's Pedro Raitin. But to his dismay, Pedro Raitin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Ernest Kleinmans short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Ayhan Vuralhan to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pedro Raitin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Heiko Som took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Raitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Victorio Basajaun managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tequileros FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Victorio Basajaun was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Heiko Som breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kevin Newman to make the kick off. Ayhan Vuralhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniël Jongsma, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Saverio Roano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Tequileros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Newman came free, but Ayhan Vuralhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tequileros FC's Ildefonso Lorien was substituted for Venancio Azeari. After 68 played minutes De Ontembare Leeuwen got a freekick which was hit by Jacco Hoving. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrick Heidemann in the 73rd minute of play. If Patrick Heidemann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 76th minute of the match, Patrick Heidemann tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Heiko Som saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kevin Newman in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ayhan Vuralhan saved Tequileros FC from getting behind. Ayhan Vuralhan stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kevin Newman's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. Ayhan Vuralhan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniël Jongsma in the 80th minute of the match. Tequileros FC's Ayhan Vuralhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Newman in the 80th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, De Ontembare Leeuwen's goal looked a bit too open when Patrick Heidemann came free, but Heiko Som reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. De Ontembare Leeuwen's Heiko Som proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save De Ontembare Leeuwen from getting a goal against them. Tequileros FC's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Tequileros FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
