Thanks to some nice moves Gorom Kanø could shoot a difficult shot in the 40th minute, which Artur Boruc however easily saved by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luo Wei Xi in the 41st minute of play forced Purple Shadows's goalkeeper Ubaldo Lluterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The wind increased when Caio da Rocha made the kick off in the second half. In the 54thth minute of the game Caio da Rocha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Purple Shadows's Ubaldo Lluterio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Johnny Ba Loua had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Luo Wei Xi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ubaldo Lluterio.
